Well, the implied benefit to the male is buy this car and you will get girls like this. Maybe rather silly sure, but it works.

You need to stand out and show your prospective employer why you will give them the benefits they want over and above the other applicants.

So, what are these benefits they want? The same as you, the same as me and the same as 99% of the people out there with a job working for it. They want to know how you are going to help them make more money, get a better position/job in the company (move up the ladder) and how you’re going to make them look good to their boss if applicable. You see, it’s really just that simple.
